Introducing Agency Usage Rewards

Back in 2021, we first launched TransferRoom’s platform for agents as a way of better connecting agencies to a global network of club decision-makers and giving them unrivalled market intelligence and market access to gain a competitive advantage and maximise every opportunity for their players.

Now there are over 550 Trusted Agencies on football’s only transfer marketplace, and that network of Trusted Agents is growing fast.

Since 2021, we’ve seen the number of deals involving TransferRoom increase by over 900%.  There have been significant advances in our capability to predict future requirements and we continue to invest significantly in developing a best-in-class platform to meet the future needs of our agency customers. 

But we believe that we can do more for our agency customers, which is why we are now launching Agency Usage Rewards, a way to reward our most engaged users with fantastic prizes.

What are Agency Usage Rewards?

Agency Usage Rewards are TransferRoom’s way of saying thank you to our loyal customers and finding ways to deliver value to those high-engagement agencies.

Prizes will vary depending on the time of year and what we believe can add tangible value to the long-term success of agency clients. 

It will also benefit your transfer business. As the more active you are on TransferRoom, the more you will engage with the right people at more than 800 clubs worldwide, maximise real-time market intelligence and club requirements, and open up greater transfer opportunities for your players.

The prizes for the first round

As the first ever round of Agency Usage Rewards, we’re starting big and you can win free tickets to the TransferRoom Summit in Berlin on 17-18 March 2025. 

The TransferRoom Summit brings together world football’s decision-makers and gives you the chance to connect with over 300 clubs worldwide. You can book up to 23 one-to-one meetings with clubs or fellow agents, gain unique industry insights and benefit from two days of exclusive networking.

It’s your chance to build your global reputation and network while fast-tracking transfer negotiations and opening a world of new deal opportunities for your clients.

We’ll be offering the chance for five winners to each win a ticket to attend this event.

How to apply

This is the best part, you don’t need to apply. As a valued customer of TransferRoom you are in the ballot already.

As the lottery is based on usage of the platform, you can improve your chances of winning by:

• Logging in every day
• Using all your credits
• Pitching your players to all relevant opportunities
• Setting strategies for all your players
• Using the” My requirements” tool and uploading requirements on the platform
• Saving Predicted Requirements on TransferRoom

The five winners will be randomly drawn from all agencies that meet a certain activity threshold, so make your engagement high over the next month and you will be in the running.

When will I find out if I’m successful?

The winners will be announced by 28 February 2025, so make sure you get your activity up in advance of this date for a chance to win.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agency win all 5 tickets? 
No,  it’s only possible for each agency to win a maximum of one ticket. 

Do I need to select who will get the winning ticket in advance? 
No, the tickets are assigned per agency and with other key decision makers attending. We recommend ensuring the most suitable attendee is selected. 

Does the ticket cover both days of the event?
Yes, the winning tickets permit each holder to attend both days of the physical event in Berlin. The ticket does not provide additional access to the Virtual Deal Day within our TransferRoom Summit Berlin & Online on 20 March 2025.
