When can I swap priority player credits on TransferRoom?
All Trusted Agents will now have the same two opportunities per year to swap all of their priority credits, during the months of May and November.
We'll email you when approaching May or November to remind you that you can swap your priority player credits during these months.
How do I swap my credits?
Log in to TransferRoom and click on the "Players" tab.
From here, you can see your list of priority and non-priority players. Under the "Actions" column, click the three dots next to the priority player of your choice.
From this menu you can either swap your credit to upgrade another existing player in your portfolio or you can downgrade or remove the current player. If you downgrade or remove the priority player, you will get the priority credit back to use on a new player in your portfolio.
You'll also be able to request more credits from this page, if you need them.
Why did we introduce a new credit swap policy?
We have taken your feedback on board and wanted to provide a simpler, more flexible way to credit swap.
The new policy aims to help Trusted Agents make the most of their credits in preparation for each transfer window.
