You told us you wanted to see more information up-front to assess players faster within the platform. Well, now you can, with our new-look player cards.

Clubs and agencies will see these cards when you search for players. Clubs will also see them when you receive new pitch opportunities from agencies or other clubs.

Here's an example of a new-look pitch card  a club will see on TransferRoom:

This is an example of how the new-look player information will be displayed within the search page for an agency:

What’s included on the new cards?

As well as the information previously shown on the cards (the player's name, club, position, height, age, nationality), the cards now also include:

• Our unique TR Player Rating
• A more detailed playing style 
• More prominent transfer terms (if applicable)
• Personalised intelligence on how this player compares to the squad of your club (for clubs) or the player's current squad or league (for agents)
• The ability to watch their highlights video directly from the card

What does the rating mean?

The Player Rating helps you make a quick initial assessment of a player in comparison to any other player. Click here for a full explanation of how it's calculated and how you can use it.

What does the playing style mean?

Alongside a player's position, you'll now see a more detailed playing style to give you a better insight into the way they tend to play. Click here for a full explanation of the concept of playing styles and all the available styles you might see within the platform.

How to make the most of this new feature

If you're a club, now you have more information at your fingertips, so you can make decisions faster and beat other clubs to a player's signature. Don't miss out - click "let's talk" to open up a direct dialogue with the club or agent and get down to business quickly.

For clubs and agents looking to arrange deals for your players, as the transfer terms are now displayed more prominently, you'll achieve more success on the platform by setting terms so interested clubs can make quicker decisions on whether to reach out to you.
