AP Sports are seeing an immediate impact from enabling real-time sharing of pitches and feedback with players, including Frank Nouble, who joined Torquay United via TransferRoom.

AP Sports Advisory, a UK-based boutique sports agency formed in 2020, are using TransferRoom to do just that.

“With the transparency feature, players can see we’re being proactive and they appreciate that. We would previously share all the feedback verbally but there’s always a risk that the player thinks, ‘You’re just saying that’.
"Now everything we say is backed up with data. It’s great for agents like us who keep players in the loop. As a small agency, we like to communicate a lot. It’s what helps us stand out. This feature really supports that.”
Greater transparency is proving a hit with their players, too, including Frank Nouble, the ex- West Ham United striker who moved to Torquay United in a deal AP Sports secured via the TransferRoom platform.
