Investing in a transfer strategy to inspire promotion
Cambridge United have chosen to innovate and invest in their player recruitment strategy, instead of cutting back and relying on their existing network, as they aim to bounce back from League One relegation at the first time of asking.
The English EFL club have been relegated to League Two in 2024/25, but Director of Football Mark Bonner (pictured below, right) have seen it as an opportunity to modernise their player recruitment and open up the transfer market on an international level after entering a strategic partnership with TransferRoom, football’s only transfer marketplace.
