Henrik Bek, owner of Danish agency BekDreams Management, explains how TransferRoom’s Women’s Marketplace helped secure a deal for Japanese star Yuuka Kurosaki to Glasgow City and why investing in digital innovation is key to driving success in women’s football.
On TransferRoom, I saw that a Japanese player, Yuuka Kurosaki from Bodø/Glimt in Norway, was looking for an agent. I sent her a message through the platform and we agreed that I should assist her in finding a new club and achieved that in signing a deal with Glasgow City.
Transparency, global reach, and rapid recruitment
As the owner of BekDreams Management, Henrik Bek leads an agency representing around 50 players with a clear and focused mission: 100% dedication to women's football.
Having established themselves as first movers in Denmark by working exclusively in the women’s game, BekDreams has built its strategy around awareness, deep market knowledge, networking, and commitment to their athletes.

When TransferRoom launched its new Women’s Marketplace, joining was a natural step for the agency to maintain its position at the forefront of the sport.
“We are on TransferRoom because our agency were also first movers in Denmark to work exclusively with women's football,” explained Bek. “So when TransferRoom came to life in women's football, we decided to invest in it to keep providing the best options for our players.”
For Bek, staying ahead in a rapidly expanding industry requires a constant willingness to innovate and invest in modern solutions that deliver direct benefits to players.
“Every time we can do something extra for our players, we should do it,” said Bek.
“With TransferRoom's Women's Marketplace, we just add more options for our players and show them that we are innovative and willing to invest a big amount per year.”
Combining player management with real-time market data, TransferRoom provides BekDreams with a centralised hub to track active player situations alongside real-time club requirements worldwide.
The platform's direct connection features also open up new avenues for player recruitment and agency expansion. A recent success story highlights just how fast opportunities can materialise on the Women's Marketplace.
Through TransferRoom, players are able to register directly to help look for new representation. It was through the PlayerMarket feature that Bek spotted Japanese midfielder Yuuka Kurosaki, who was playing for Bodø/Glimt in Norway and looking for an agent.

“On TransferRoom, there is an opportunity for players to register if they are on the look for a new agent,” Bek explained. “It happened that I saw a Japanese player, Yuuka Kurosaki from Bodø/Glimt in Norway, was looking for an agent.
"I sent her a message through the platform and we agreed that I should assist her in finding a new club before the window closed in roughly 14 days or so.
“We achieved that. Yuuka transferred from Bodø/Glimt in the last days of the Scottish window and signed a deal with Glasgow City.”
Opening opportunities for the future
As TransferRoom continues to expand its footprint in the women's game, Bek anticipates even greater possibilities for agencies and players alike as more clubs adopt the platform.
“We are excited to see TransferRoom's Women's Marketplace continue to grow so we can have access to even more clubs, which will mean more options for our players,” said Bek.
By pairing dedicated management with global digital accessibility, BekDreams Management is proving how modern tools can transform player representation and drive success in women's football.
